Do you deliver?
Kindly book your own courier or pick-up personally.
You may book third party couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, MrSpeedy, and HappyMove to pick-up your confirmed order. This way, you will be able to track your order in real-time.
Please note that we won't be able to assist you in booking the delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
CLOUDE'S NOTE:
- We give the utmost care in the release of our product by informing the riders to take extra care of it while in transit. However, some circumstances are still beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any delays/unclaimed/damages/lost packages caused by the courier or any third party services.
- Strict Policy : We will not release your order if we did not receive your confirmed booking/pick up details.

STRAWBERRY BOUQUET
To get the best experience, consume immediately.
The chocolate may slightly melt during transit
Store in a cool, dry, dark place at a temperature of +15 to +20 C.
The shelf life of fresh fruits and berries in chocolate is 1-2 days only.
CEREAL CLUSTERS
To get the best experience, consume immediately.
The chocolate may slightly melt during transit
Store in a cool, dry, dark place at a temperature of +15 to +20 C.
Can be refrigerated in an airtight container to preserve the taste and texture
Shelf Life : 1 Week
SIGNATURE TRES LECHES CAKE
Our tres leches cake is recommended to be served chilled.
The cake may last for a few days in the refrigerator but due to the milk, cream
and fresh fruit, we suggest it be consumed immediately
Storage : Keep Refrigerated
Best served chilled

STRAWBERRY TRES LECHES CAKE
Strawberries are best eaten immediately.
Some discoloration due to oxidation are common after a few hours/days.

PAVLOVA
Our Pavlova are made fresh from scratch every morning.
To get the best experience, consume immediately/same day when received.
It’s fine to keep our Pavlovas for the the next day, however please note that the shell will soften and the fruits might not look as fresh, but it will still taste perfectly fine!
Storage : Keep Refrigerated
